I've been seeing Dr. Middleton here for several years now. Always friendly and professional. Tried their eyeglass clinic for the first time for a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I've been wanting for a couple of years. Seem to be very nice and fit great. I did notice a couple of scuff marks on the frames, but didn't mention it when I picked them up. Saw those later that day. Probably created by the lab when the lenses were removed and installed. I would like to have that issue resolved.

Dr. Vang is incredible. She takes her time during the exam and explains what she sees in a way you can understand. She is patient and kind. We will have all of our appointments with Dr. Vang.

Dr Middleton examined my vision early May 2026, wrote a new prescription and the prescription was filled at Total Eye Care BUT my vision was blurry with the new lenses, i began complaining. Doc was out on vacation when I returned addressing the problem when Total Eye elected to do the exam completely over again discovering that the new lens were made of cheap material and the exam was identical to what Dr Middleton had prescribed. Dr Middleton has examined my eyes for twenty years at the request of Dr George E. Halladay, MD who trained Dr Middleton’s previous employer Dr Lawerance Shafron, MD. Dr Halladay, has now went on that Great Exam Room in the sky but Dr Middleton carries on the same and exact level of professionalism, the integrity, the expertise and the happy -Go- luck additude of all that came before him. Dr May was also instructmental in the “complete re-examination” she needed to verify that Dr Middleton’s prescription was accurate and correct, which it was. On this day 4th July 2026 it’s a blessing as an American knowing we have medical attention readily available with such high ethics and professionalism

Great experience!!! I had the pleasure of an eye exam with Dr. Middleton this morning. The entire process was simple, the folks were friendly and professional, and they handled everything smoothly and thoroughly. In these days of medical and healthcare horror stories, Total Eye Care was a total pleasure. I felt like a valued customer, not a file and an insurance claim. Thank you !!

The staff, from reception desk to "kingdom" of glasses, is friendly, efficient, and professional. The staff doing all the diagnostic tests are equally as proficient. Dr May was fantastic! She took her time and explained everything thoroughly and happily answered all my questions. Highly recommended!!

Cindi, the optician is the reason I come back year after year! She's a treasure to keep! Best customer service and is so good at her job! She always picks out the cutest frames!

Dr. Middleton was great and nice. I appreciated getting in two hours after I called with a painful eye, especially as a new patient. I noticed in the eyeglass section. They also have a great selection of children’s glasses from dilli dalli. That would be great for my three year-old.

Everyone that I came in contact with was so kind, responsive and took care of me as though I ws the only one present.1 I am very satisfied with my visits as well as my replacement eyewear.
